Notice To Proceed
The attached Contract for the Consignment, Supply and Delivery of Distribution Transformers having been approved and executed, notice is hereby given to FIRST PHILEC, INC. that performance on PB-ITB-R5-2-2024 for the CONSIGNMENT, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS (LOT NO. III) shall commence as of the effectivity period stated on the Contract.
