Notice To Proceed
The attached Contract for the Supply and Delivery of conductors having been approved and executed, notice is hereby given to CEPALCO ENERGY SERVICES CORPORATION, that performance on PB-ITB-R5-4-2024 for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONDUCTORS (LOT NO. IV) shall commence as of the effectivity period stated on the Contract.
